Third IEEE VIS Paper and Best Paper Award

Animation of Periphery PlotsFollowing up on the earlier news that my research team has two full journal papers appearing at IEEE VIS, we’ve also had our short paper about Periphery Plots accepted in the IEEE VIS short paper program.

But that’s not all! In addition to having our third paper at IEEE VIS, we’ve also been award the Best Paper Award in the Short Paper category for our work on Periphery Plots.  We look forward to presenting this work during the IEEE VIS opening plenary session in Vancouver later this month.
