Software

Many of the research projects underway in my lab include the development of new software. At times, a certain software component or application might seem useful to the broader community. In these cases, we may release it to the public as open-source software.  We hope you find these resources useful.

Below you’ll find a list of what we’ve shared so far. Note that all software is release “as is” with no promise of reliability, correct functionality, or future maintenance. In addition, we are unable to offer technical support.
